こんばんは〜。
Early Birdの規約を見ると、日付の変更は一定の条件下で可能だが、キャンセルは出来ないと記載されているので、年パス割引への変更は出来ないようです。
7. No Cancellation is allowed. Amendment to the arrival and/or departure dates is permitted but only if (i) such change is made at least 45 days prior to the original check-in date and (ii) the revised reservation satisfies all conditions of an Eligible Reservation as specified in paragraph 2 above. Such change is subject to availability and prevailing rates.
デポジットについてですが、ネット予約の場合はその場で予約が確定するので、すぐにカードに請求が届いていたと思います。
