はじめまして。
こちらのHPを拝見し、昨日メールにてディズニーランドホテルと
ハリウッドホテルの予約をいたしました。
(香港ディズニーに行くのは初めてで、当日ゴールドの年パスを購入予定です)
本日、返信があり、ネットの翻訳サイトで調べてみたのですが、
書いてある内容がイマイチ分かりませんでした…。
大変申し訳ございませんが、どなたか翻訳していただけませんか？

Regarding your enquiry please be informed that from now until December 15, 2011, each Magic Access members enjoys the special seasonal savings on regular room rates at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney's Hollywood Hotel. Each Magic Access member may reserve one room with the same period of stay in each transaction. Reservations for special offersare subject to availability. Please present / purchase your valid Magic Access member upon check in, otherwise all room rate will charged as full price.
Due to our room availability is varies from time to time, we have made atentative booking for you. We can amend the tentative booking to your preference Hotel room type and date, subject to availability.
Once the booking is confirmed, you would have much time on planning yourvacation and avoid full booking on the selected period. If you are interested in experiencing a magical stay with us, please provide your information via the attached Reservation Form.
To confirm this reservation, we would charge first night room rate as a deposit through your credit card. Hence, it is HK$1672.00 and HK$1936.00
For your convenience, you may provide the credit card information via our hotline (852) 1830 830 by quoting your reservation number DMJZ4 and KNJZ4 for a faster respond. Or you may fill in the Payment Form attachedand return the form to us by fax via (852) 3407 3159. Please confirm with us within 48 hours, by then all non-deposit bookings will be automatically released without prior notice.
***In order to protect your payment card information, we would like to remind you not to email us your payment card information. This information includes the full card number, expiration date, cardholder’sname and security code. Your email contained this information and will be deleted from our email system.

私も英語は得意ではないのですが、時間が迫っているようですので、わかる範囲で考えてみました。英語が堪能な方で、間違いがあれば、ご指摘下さい。
以下、おおざっぱな訳：
12/15までは、マジックアクセスのメンバーは、割引料金で宿泊する事が出来ます。チェックイン時にマジックアクセスを購入して下さい。さもないと、割引料金にはなりません。
現時点での仮予約なので、ご希望のルームタイプや日程を変更する事ができます。
添付ファイルを返信して、予約を完了させてください。
予約が完了されれば、それぞれのホテルの１泊目の代金を予約金として頂きます。
４８時間以内に、予約金のためのカード情報を、電話またはFAXにて、お知らせ下さい。さもないと、自動的にキャンセルされます。
セキュリティのために、メールでは知らせないで下さい。

まさか48時間以内とは…！
先ほど、カード情報を記入しFAXいたしました。
早速返信をくれたくっぴー様に感謝いたします。
あとは、予約完了通知が来ることを願うばかりです…。
